Practice Areas

Aarthi Manohar is an experienced litigator and an Associate in Mullen Coughlin’s Privacy Litigation practice area. With nearly 10 years of experience, she is well-versed in representing her clients in single-plaintiff and complex class actions. As part of her privacy litigation practice, she defends organizations against allegations related to data privacy and security, such as a data breach; violations of U.S. state and federal consumer protection laws; misuse of website tracking technologies; technology-related E&O; and others.

Aarthi honed her litigation skills previously as an associate attorney at a class action law firm. There, she drafted legal briefings, argued motions in federal and state courts and managed discovery. She also assisted in negotiating settlements for her clients.

Aarthi has been featured in various local press related to her representation of clients in civil rights litigation.

She was named a Pennsylvania “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers in 2017 and 2018 and one of Billy Penn’s “Who’s Next in the Law” in 2016.
