Addia Rodriguez is an Associate at Mullen Coughlin in the firm’s Incident Response practice area. She assists clients who have been the victim of a cyber incident in determining the facts of the breach and counseling them in determining what state, federal and international laws govern their notice obligations and preparing legally-compliant notices to the affected parties, where required.
Prior to joining Mullen Coughlin, Addia was a Judicial Law Clerk for Honorable Robert P. Coleman of the the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania where she researched, prepared and drafted memos and opinions regarding appeals.
While in law school, Addia was a Legal Intern at a Pennsylvania-based software company where she drafted, prepared and reviewed non-disclosure agreements, sponsorship agreements and corporate contracts. Ms. Rodriguez also served as a student counselor for the Villanova’s Clinic for Law and Entrepreneurship, advising and assisting clients on structuring their business entities and drafting contracts, bylaws and terms of use.
