Gregory Mazmanian is an Associate and practices in Mullen Coughlin’s Incident Response practice group. In his role, Greg coordinates the investigation and response to data privacy and security incidents along with third-party forensic investigators, data mining firms and other consultants. He also counsels organizations on their legal obligations stemming from these incidents, and assists them in complying with all applicable state, federal and international privacy laws, as well as any contractual or industry-specific obligations and regulations.
Before joining Mullen Coughlin, Gregory was an Assistant District Attorney for the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office – Major Trials Division. As part of the Juries Unit, Gregory prepared and prosecuted felony bench and jury trials including writing, filing and arguing motions; preparing and completing discovery; and preparing and interviewing witnesses.
While at Temple University Beasley School of Law, Gregory received his certificate in Trial Advocacy and was a member of the Integrated Trial Advocacy Program; the Ruben Public Interest Honor Society; the Law and Public Policy Program; and the Latin American Law Students Association.
