Jack Stryker is an Associate with Mullen Coughlin. Practicing primarily in the Firm’s Incident Response practice area, Jack counsels organizations who have been the victim of a data privacy and cybersecurity incident. In her role as a “breach coach,” she assists victim organizations in identifying the nature and the scope of the incident; manages third-party consultants such as forensic investigation firms, public relations and credit monitoring firms and law enforcement, among others; and counsels them on any legal, contractual or industry-related obligations stemming from the incident and the investigation.

Prior to her law firm experience, Jack was a Cybersecurity Technical Delivery Consultant in Incident Response and Strategic Recovery for Microsoft. There, she worked on two major projects: (1) deployment of enhanced security administrative environments for the Department of Defense; and (2) lead tester for the National Football League’s (NFL) “Surface on the Sidelines” (where she was awarded the individual Business Impact All-Star Award for her contributions).

While in law school at Penn State Dickinson Law, Jack was a member of National Honors Society and editor of Jus Gentium Law Review. She also was a recipient of a CALI Award, given to the JD candidate with the highest grade in a class, and was a member of Dean Conway’s Strategic Planning Committee. She clerked at the Dickinson Law Community Legal Clinic, the U.S. Army War College and two full-service law firms where she worked on data breach notification and class action litigation.

Outside of the Firm, Jack is on the Board for the Mill at Anselma, a non-profit and independent national historical site in Chester Springs, PA. She also serves as a community mentor for women in technology.
