Julie Siebert-Johnson is a Partner at Mullen Coughlin. She focuses her practice on assisting organizations with data privacy and security incident response. After a real or suspected incident, Julie counsels her clients throughout their investigation, including coordinating with forensic investigation firms, to determine the nature and scope of the incident. Further, she advises her clients regarding the interpretation of state, federal and international data privacy laws, and how they apply to each clientโs unique circumstances. Julie also works with her clients to satisfy any notification duties created by a data privacy and security incident, and to respond to any resulting regulatory inquiries.
Prior to joining Mullen Coughlin, Julie worked for a Philadelphia-area law firm specializing in complex civil litigation on behalf of plaintiffs. She concentrated her practice in the areas of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) and fiduciary breach litigation. She also litigated cases on behalf of her clients in federal district courts across the country, before many federal appeals courts and to the United States Supreme Court.
