Kathleen M. Laubenstein is an Associate at Mullen Coughlin. She focuses on complex and class-action litigation related to data privacy and cybersecurity issues. Prior to joining Mullen Coughlin, Ms. Laubenstein primarily practiced employment law, with a focus on restrictive covenants and trade secret matters. In that role, Ms. Laubenstein developed substantial experience in conducting and overseeing internal investigations, including in matters involving allegations of unlawful conduct and regulatory violations. In addition, she has represented clients in connection with disciplinary actions in the financial securities industry.
