Tiffany Yeung is an Associate with Mullen Coughlin practicing in the Incident Response practice area. As a data privacy and security Breach Coach for organizations across all industry sectors, Tiffany guides victim organizations through the full lifecycle of the incident response process. She works diligently with third parties to determine the nature and scope of the incident and in identifying the relevant laws and regulations that will guide the organizations legal and regulatory obligations stemming from the incident. She then ensures organizational compliance with such laws and regulations, including notifications requirements and proper disclosure obligations, as well as any subsequent regulatory body investigation.
Prior to joining Mullen Coughlin, Tiffany was an associate at a full-service insurance defense firm in their General Liability practice. There, she represented insurance companies in coverage and contract disputes, general liability matters and premise liability matters.
While in law school at Temple University Beasley School of Law, Tiffany served as the Vice President of the Asian Pacific-Islander American Law Student Association. She is also fluent in Chinese.
