Mullen Coughlin Partner Chris DiIenno joins the Professional Liability Underwriting Society’s (PLUS) Fall session of Cyber University on September 22, 2022 from 12:00 pm-1:00 pm as instructor for the session “Breach Scenario: Surviving a Cybersecurity Incident.”

During the session, wherein Chris is joined by cybersecurity, cyber risk management and cyber insurance professionals Evgueni Erchov of Arete, Andrea Lea of Vantage Risk and Mark Sadler of Great American Insurance Company, presenters focus on the challenges of a data privacy and security incident, including identifying the incident and the discovery process; the role of the incident response team; critical steps in the incident response process; the resolution of the incident; and the necessary follow-up.
