Christlynn is an Associate at Mullen Coughlin, practicing in the firm’s Incident Response practice group.

When an organization is faced with a real or perceived data privacy and security incident, Christlynn promptly counsels the organization on its legal obligations stemming from the incident, including notification requirements and other mandatory reporting. As a member of the incident response team, she works closely with data forensic investigators and cyber insurance professionals by drafting reports and analysis regarding the incident response.

Prior to joining Mullen Coughlin, Christlynn was an associate attorney at a Philadelphia, PA-based litigation defense firm addressing all aspects of litigation involving negligence, bodily injury, contract and insurance coverage and bad faith claims.

Prior to private practice, she clerked for the Honorable Shanese I. Johnson of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas – Criminal Division. She also previously interned for SAP, conducting legal research related to corporate issues such as patents, choice of law and venue.

As a law student at Widener University Delaware Law School, Christlynn served as an Articles Editor for the Widener Law Review, was the President of OUTlaw and Treasurer and Secretary of the Black Law Students Association.

Outside of work, Christlynn is an avid Bachata dancer.
