Emmy Jean-Jacques is an Associate in Mullen Coughlin’s Incident Response practice group. When an organization experiences a data privacy or security incident, Emmy assists the organization with its investigation to determine the scope and nature of the incident.

In addition to assisting with the investigation, Emmy also assists the organization with its response to the incident. This includes providing counsel on the organization’s legal obligations under state, federal or international law; on how to comply with contractual agreements; or how to comply with industry regulations.

Prior to joining Mullen Coughlin, Emmy was a Senior Privacy Consultant for Allstate in Chicago.
