Erica Wicas is a Partner at Mullen Coughlin. She assists her clients in preparing for and responding to data privacy and security incidents. She provides guidance on the myriad of state and federal privacy laws, and works with her clients to comply with any resulting legal duties following a data privacy and security event.

Prior to joining Mullen Coughlin, Erica focused her practice in the area of litigation. She worked for a large regional defense firm representing employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation matters. She also worked for one of the largest claimants’ firms in Pennsylvania serving as a second chair on numerous workers’ compensation cases. Additionally, she served as the Social Media and Technology Vice-Chair of the American Bar Association’s Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section’s (TIPS) Workers’ Compensation Committee from 2017 to 2019.
