Justin Schiff is a Partner at Mullen Coughlin who represents clients across multiple industry sectors in the data privacy and security incident response process. He works closely with the victim organization, it’s cyber insurance carrier/broker (if applicable) and third-party forensic investigators to determine the nature and scope of the incident and counsels them on their legal obligations and any contractual or regulatory obligations stemming from the incident. In addition to his incident response practice, Justin also assists organizations in responding to any resulting regulatory inquiries and follow-up from U.S. state and federal regulatory agencies.

Prior to joining Mullen Coughlin, Justin worked as an associate attorney at a leading Philadelphia-based insurance defense litigation firm where he gained significant experience representing businesses and individuals in a variety of civil litigation matters.
