Len Fisher is an Associate at Mullen Coughlin. His practice focuses on providing counsel to organizations who have experienced a data privacy and security incident. When an incident has occurred, Len assists in determining the nature and scope of the incident, while also identifying potentially impacted populations. He then advises the organization on the applicability of state, federal and international data privacy laws, and in every incident response, works diligently with the organization to ensure proper compliance with individual notification requirements, proper disclosure to impacted populations and preservation of institutional goodwill.

Prior to joining Mullen Coughlin, Len was a civil litigator and handled a variety of complex civil actions, including antitrust class actions, consumer protection multidistrict litigation (MDL) actions and consumer finance litigation.
