Cyber: Prepare, Prevent, Mitigate, Restore

Continuing its collaboration with Travelers and the Travelers Institute, Mullen Coughlin Partner Carolyn Purwin Ryan joins a panel of cyber industry leaders for the first 2024 session of the Travelers Institute’s “Cyber: Prepare, Prevent, Mitigate, Restore” series of national educational symposiums on February 27 in Salt Lake City.

Hosted by Joan Kois Woodard, President at the Travelers Institute, Carolyn uses Mullen Coughlin’s collective experience in handling over 25,000 data privacy and security incidents to provide attendees with an in-depth discussion on how to prepare and respond to incidents such as ransomware attacks, business email compromises (BEC) and other network intrusions. Alongside Rehman Kahn, AVP of Travelers’ Cyber Risk Management team, Carolyn will review the current cyber threat landscape and best practices to mitigate the chances of a successful data privacy and security incident.

The “Cyber: Prepare, Prevent, Mitigate, Restore” series of symposiums brings together industry leaders from both the public and private sectors to provide business owners with the key information needed to tackle today’s evolving cyber threats to their business.
