Liam Jordan is an Associate with Mullen Coughlin and practices in the Incident Response practice group. He provides breach coach services to organizations of all sizes and from all industry groups who have been (or currently are being) victimized by a data privacy and security incident. He works closely with third-party forensic investigation firms to first identify and contain the incident, followed by identifying the legal, regulatory and contractual obligations the organization has stemming from the incident. He then assists in complying with any obligations, including law enforcement reporting, effectuating notifications, coordinating credit/identity monitoring for affected populations and responding to any regulatory agency enforcement or investigation.

Prior to joining Mullen Coughlin, Liam was a family law attorney at a Philadelphia region-based law firm. Before that, he was a summer associate at an AmLaw 100 firm, assisting clients in the insurance and financial services industry with pre-litigation strategies.

While a J.D. candidate, Liam worked with Drexel University’s Dornsife Center for Neighborhood Partnerships preparing wills and powers of attorney for underserved communities in Philadelphia.
