Kevin Farrell is an Associate at Mullen Coughlin, and represents organizations, particularly those from the healthcare and life sciences industry, through the full incident response process.
Before joining Mullen Coughlin, Kevin was an associate at a Montgomery County, PA-based defense litigation firm, representing physicians, physician groups, hospitals and other healthcare providers in medical malpractice litigation. Prior to that, Kevin was a Law Clerk for the Honorable George S. Leone in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.
While a student at Rutgers University School of Law, Kevin was Notes Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law & Religion and the winner of the “Clinical Education Award for Outstanding Legal Intern.”
Prior to his legal career, Kevin was a television producer at an NBC-affiliate in West Virginia. There, partnering with a local hospital system, he created an award-winning reality series focused on regional health issues.
Kevin has a long history of being active in his community as a volunteer youth sports coach and spends most weekends coaching or cheering for his two kidsโ teams.
