Santina Liciardello is an Associate in Mullen Coughlin’s Incident Response practice group. She focuses her practice on responding to, and investigating, data privacy and security incidents on behalf of organizations across all industry sectors and of all sizes. Her Breach Counsel services include coordinating the response of third-party incident response stakeholders, such as cyber insurance claims teams, digital forensic investigators; determining the type and scope of the incident; counseling her clients on their legal, regulatory and contractual obligations stemming from the incident, including notification and law enforcement and regulatory agency reporting; and provisioning post-incident services such as credit and identity monitoring and public relations, as necessary.

Prior to joining Mullen Coughlin, Santina represented the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as an Assistant District Attorney for the Chester County District Attorney’s Office’s Child Abuse Unit and Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Taskforce where she prosecuted and investigated cases involving the sexual and physical abuse of children, as well as the online exploitation of children and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Prior to her public service, Santina was an associate attorney at a regional disability benefits law firm.

Santina received her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law and is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
