Mullen Coughlin Partner Jennifer Coughlin joins Marc Schein, National Co-Chair for the Cyber Center of Excellence at Marsh & McLennan Agency, and Shiraz Saeed, Vice President and Cyber Risk Product Leader at Arch Insurance Group, on “The State of the Cyber Marketplace Post-Pandemic” webinar presented by the Insurance Brokers’ Association of New York (IBANY) on August 26 from 10:00 am – 11:00 am.

During the session, Jenn and the panel discuss cyber insurance loss drivers, coverage changes, reasons for rate increases, retentions and co-insurance, the application process and changes in underwriting guidelines. In addition, Jenn leads a discussion on the anatomy of an incident response, including the key stakeholders involved and the role they play when investigating and responding to a data privacy and security incident.
