Bianca A. Valcarce is an Associate at Mullen Coughlin practicing in the Litigation practice group. With over six (6) years of commercial litigation experience, she concentrates her practice on single-plaintiff and class action defense of organizations against claims related to data privacy and security such as violations of U.S. state and federal consumer protection statues; negligence; breach of contract; and Tech E&O, among other issues. Bianca brings unique perspectives to her clients, primarily in the healthcare and life sciences; manufacturing and distribution; financial services; professional services; and government industry group sectors. Additionally, Bianca is well-versed in regulatory matters, especially those specific to compliance with industry-specific regulations regarding data privacy, cybersecurity and information security.

Bianca takes a practical approach to supporting her clients’ litigation efforts by developing creative legal strategies guided by an understanding of her clients’ particular financial, operational, and business needs and buttressed by the law, leveraging her considerable litigation and investigation experience to steer cases towards outcomes favorable to her clients and their stakeholders.

Bianca honed her litigation skills as an associate attorney at a large nationwide full-service corporate law firm where she primarily counseled her clients on a variety of civil, criminal and regulatory matters focused on white-collar defense and environmental matters impacting individual and organizational clients across various industries.

Prior to private practice, she was Certified Legal Intern with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania’s Civil Division.

Biance received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, as well as earning her Master of Bioethics from the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine as part of a dual degree program. While a J.D. candidate, she was an “Executive Editor” of the Journal of Constitutional Law.
