Bianca Nalaschi is an Associate at Mullen Coughlin and devotes her practice the to the response to, and investigation of, data privacy and security incidents on behalf of organizations of all sizes and across all industry group sectors. After an organization becomes victim to a data privacy and security incident, Bianca coordinates the response of the various incident response stakeholders to first ascertain the scope and impact of the incident and then to determine any legal, regulatory or contractual obligations the victim organization has stemming from the incident. After the incident is contained, she also assists in coordinating post-incident services such as credit/identity monitoring, public relations and any regulatory investigation.

Prior to joining Mullen Coughlin, Bianca practiced general casualty litigation, defending insurers and insureds in complex, third-party actions stemming from premises, dram shop and product liability.

While in law school, Bianca was the Articles Editor for the Dickinson Law Review.
