Daniel Assaraf is an Associate at Mullen Coughlin in the Incident Response practice group. Daniel serves as a Breach Coach for organizations who have experienced a data privacy and security incident and need legal counsel for the investigation of, and response to, the incident. Working with organizations across all industry group sectors and of all sizes, he coordinates the investigation into the incident and then counsels on the organization’s legal, regulatory and contractual obligations stemming from the incident.

Prior to joining Mullen Coughlin, Daniel was an associate at a regional insurance defense firm where he specialized in insurance coverage litigation and handled a variety of civil litigation matters, including the defense of property owners, contractors, bars and restaurants and design professionals.

Daniel received his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law where he was a member of the National Trial Team and a Beasley Scholar.
