Jacob Lisogorsky is an Associate at Mullen Coughlin as a member of the Privacy Litigation practice group. Jacob focuses his practice on privacy litigation defense on behalf of organizations of all sizes and across all industry group sectors. He defends claims that arise from cybersecurity incidents, such as those that arise under federal and state consumer protection statutes, as well as single-plaintiff and consumer class action disputes. He also represents organizations in their response to regulatory inquiries from state and federal regulatory bodies.
Prior to joining Mullen Coughlin, Jacob was a litigation associate at a full-service law firm based in New York. There, he defended organizations against high-exposure general liability claims.
