Joshua Ullmann is an Associate at Mullen Coughlin representing clients in responding to, and investigating, data privacy and security incidents. When an incident happens, Joshua counsels victim organizations in determining the nature and scope of the incident; coordinates with forensics and other third-party vendors; and ensures compliance with all applicable state, federal and international reporting obligations stemming from the data privacy and security incident.

Prior to joining Mullen Coughlin, Joshua was an associate and case manager at a regional personal injury firm responsible for all aspects of litigation and client intake. He was also previously a Certified Legal Intern with the Chester County (PA) District Attorney’s office assisting assistant with trial preparation and evidence review.
