Joshua Ullmann is a Partner at Mullen Coughlin and concentrates his practice on the response to data privacy and security incidents. He assists in determining the nature and scope of the incident, coordinates with forensics and other third-party vendors, and counsels his clients on compliance with all applicable U.S. state and federal reporting obligations. Following the incident, Josh works with his clients on effectuating legally required notification to individuals, and if applicable, manages any resulting regulatory inquiries and investigation.

Prior to joining the Firm, Joshua was an Associate and Case Manager at a regional personal injury firm responsible for all aspects of litigation and client intake. He was also a Certified Legal Intern with the Chester County (PA) District Attorney’s office assisting ADA’s in trial preparation and evidence review.
