Kyle Dutch is an Associate with Mullen Coughlin, practicing in the Litigation practice group. He focuses his practice on single-plaintiff, class action, and business-to-business (B2B) litigation defense of organizations against data privacy- and security-related claims such as those related to data privacy and security incidents, alleged violations of U.S. state and federal consumer privacy laws and regulations, and the misuse of website tracking technologies, among other areas. He is licensed to practice in Massachusetts state court.
Kyle has over three (3) years of complex commercial litigation experience in a variety of diverse matters related to breach of contract, business torts, insurance, and administrative law, as well as managing e-discovery. He works on matters from inception to resolution, including legal research, drafting motions and other document review, discovery, and settlement negotiations.
Prior to joining Mullen Coughlin, Kyle was an Associate Attorney in a national law firm’s Litigation department. His experience spans multiple practice areas including real estate, securities, commercial litigation, administrative law, and land use law.
Kyle received his J.D. from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law. As a J.D. student, he was a member of the Drexel Law Review as a Lead Research Editor. He received his B.A. summa cum laude from West Chester University.
