Paolo R. Shipman is an Associate practicing in the firm’s Incident Response service area. He represents clients in a variety of industries, assisting them through the full incident response process after a real or perceived breach has occurred.
Prior to joining Mullen Coughlin, Paolo was an associate at a Mid-Atlantic region civil litigation firm representing clients in a variety of matters in both Pennsylvania state and federal courts. Paolo also worked as an associate at a Lancaster-based healthcare defense firm, representing healthcare clients in resolving complex professional liability cases and HIPAA violation matters.
During law school, Paolo served as a Judicial Clerk for Honorable Robert E. Simpson, Jr., formerly of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. He also was the Executive Managing Editor of the Widener Law Journal and was a recipient of the Commonwealth Court Historical Society’s Judge Alexander F. Barbieri Award for demonstrated excellence in Administrative Law.
