Tamara A. Dinnall is an Associate in Mullen Coughlin’s Incident Response practice group. She focuses her practice on providing Breach Counsel services to organizations across all industry sectors. She routinely interacts with the various incident response stakeholders including her clients’ cyber insurance carrier and/or broker, internal incident response teams and law enforcement and regulatory agencies, as well as oversees the forensic investigation and other evidence-gathering processes during the incident response. She also advises her clients on their legal and regulatory obligations stemming from the incident, such as notification and other reporting, and works with them to effectuate such notices as necessary.
Prior to joining Mullen Coughlin, Tamara was an associate attorney at a mid-size litigation defense law firm.
She received her J.D. from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law where she also served as President of the Black Law Students Association and was a recipient of the Student Champion of Diversity Award.
