Thomas Bibby is an Associate in Mullen Coughlin’s Security and Privacy Litigation practice. An experienced litigator with eight years’ experience, he focuses his practice on defending organizations in single-plaintiff, class action and  privacy litigation. Thomas also counsels clients on violations of state and federal consumer protection and data privacy laws.

Thomas has extensive experience in motion practice, arbitration and representing clients in court. He works with clients appreciating their financial, operational, and legal needs. Having handled over 2,000 cases in his career, he is skilled in managing a case from intake to conclusion.

Prior to joining Mullen Coughlin, Thomas gained his litigation experience defending clients in first- and third-party auto and property liability cases.

Thomas is barred in New Jersey and is admitted to practice in front of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
