Travis Randle is an Associate practicing in Mullen Coughlin’s Litigation practice. An experienced litigation and regulatory attorney, Travis brings over four (4) years of experience in defending organizations in single-plaintiff, class action and B2B disputes in U.S. state and federal courts nationwide. He is regularly called upon to translate dense laws and regulations into business-ready guidance for his clients.
Licensed to practice in the District of Columbia, Travis is well-versed in defending organizations from numerous highly-regulated industry sectors such as energy, including utilities; manufacturing and distribution; healthcare and life sciences; financial services, and government. He partners his clients’ internal business teams in a collaborative, cross-functional manner to develop case strategies, assess potential claims and manage risk – with the goal of achieving favorable client outcomes.
Prior to joining Mullen Coughlin, Travis practiced as an Associate Attorney with two AmLaw 100 law firms. There, he gained valuable experience in U.S. state and federal administrative court practices such as motion practice, document review and managing witness depositions. Before private practice, he worked in the public policy field at a large, global foundation.
Travis received his J.D. from Howard University School of Law. He also holds a Master in Public Policy (MPP) from the University of Chicago and a B.A. from Morehouse College.
