Zhanna is an Associate at Mullen Coughlin, practicing in the firmโs Incident Response practice group counseling clients who are faced with a real or perceived data privacy and security incident on its legal obligations stemming from the incident.
She assists the incident response team in performing legal research and drafting and analyzing legal memos to all those involved in the incident response process, including the affected organization, its cyber insurance carrier, forensic investigators and other vendors.
Prior to joining Mullen Coughlin, Zhanna was an Associate Attorney at a Philadelphia, PA-based insurance litigation defense firm. There, she managed all aspects of the civil litigation process relating to products liability, construction defect, premises liability and insurance coverage.
Zhanna was a Judicial Law Intern for Judge Jane R. Roth of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit following stints in the Office of Chief Counsel for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and as a Certified Legal Intern with the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General.
Zhanna graduated cum laude from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law where she was a member of the Temple Law Review. Ms. Dubinsky also was the winner of the 2016 โE-Discovery Institute Advocacyโ competition and a finalist in the 2015 “Philadelphia Public Policy Case” competition.
Zhanna is a member of the Giffords Law Center to Prevent Gun Violence, a public interest law center that works in all 50 states to change gun safety law, policies and challenge injustice.
