Mullen Coughlin Partner Carolyn Purwin Ryan participated in Aqueduct Technologies’ 2023 cybersecurity summit, “Cyber Excellence: Navigating Risk Management, Governance, and the Final Rule,” on October 5, 2023.

Throughout the full day of programming, Carolyn provided private, 20-minute discussions focused on Mullen Coughlin’s and Carolyn’s role as a Breach Coach for data privacy and security incident victim organizations. During these discussions, attendees learned about what support is provided during an incident; what the incident response process entails; why engaging with a Breach Coach is important; and how to be proactive in protecting your organization prior to experiencing a data privacy and security incident.
