At the 2022 Advisen Cyber Risk Insights Conference on October 25, the Advisen Cyber Person of the Year for the USA, Jennifer Coughlin, joins the “Battle of the Breach Coaches” panel session. Jennifer is also Co-Chair and a member of the Advisory Board for the 2022 Conference.

In the debate-style session, panelists set the record straight as they bring their experiences to the forefront in discussing their roles in responding to, and investigating, data privacy and security incidents. The panel discusses the incident response process, including multi-party incidents; crisis communication strategies; insights into the cyber insurance claims process; and the mistakes made when the wrong legal counsel is engaged to lead the incident response process.
