At the American Bar Association’s (ABA) 2025 Fidelity Law Fall Conference on October 9 in Chicago, Mullen Coughlin Partner Kevin Yoegel presents the session, “Computer Security Technology: Modern Trends and Tools to Defend Against Cyber Crime.”

Using his passion for data privacy and information security, as well as relying on his own and the Firm’s experience in responding to thousands of data privacy and security incidents in 2025 alone, Kevin provides attendees with an overview of the current threat landscape, dives deep into common types of incidents and their costs and consequences and reviews what organizations can do to defend themselves against cybersecurity incidents prior, during and after an incident occurs.
