Additionally, OFAC limitations on ransomware payments are discussed, as well as best practices for interacting with law enforcement during a ransomware incident response and the cyber claim process. Finally, participants learn how negative market factors can affect their cyber insurance and how they can minimize those affects by strengthening their cybersecurity posture.
