Operationalizing Privacy Law in the Transactional Realm

Elizabeth “Liz” Dill, Partner and Co-Chair of Mullen Coughlin’s Advisory Compliance practice, speaks at the Privacy + Security’s Fall Forum on November 10, 2023.

The session, “Operationalizing Privacy Law in the Transactional Realm,” where Liz is joined by Jason Bess, Director of Corporate Legal at AutoZone, focuses on the challenges of, and solutions to, managing a privacy program in the transactional realm. Liz and Jason explore various different aspects of a privacy program, including data protection impact assessments, data processing addenda and consent management programs, giving attendees the practical information needed to further their understanding and knowledge of developing and managing a privacy program for their organization.

The Fall Forum is a follow-up to Privacy + Security’s Spring Forum, where Liz previously spoke about the data privacy and information security concerns that website technologies create. The Fall Forum is held in Washington, D.C. and runs from November 8-10.
