Proactive Preparation – Cybersecurity Frameworks and How They Help

Carolyn Purwin Ryan moderates the panel “Proactive Preparation – Cybersecurity Frameworks and How They Help,” at the 10th Annual Cyber Liability Insurance ExecuSummit on Tuesday, March 22.

Joined by Andrew Lea of CNA, Clay Stabert of Sompo and Riles Egeland of Woodruff Sawyer, the panel will discuss what organizations can (and should) do to proactively prepare for a data privacy and security incident. This includes the purchasing of cyber insurance; creating (and testing) an Incident Response Plan (IRP); understanding what data your organization has and where it is stored; and other best practices such as enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA) on all devices, among others.

The Cyber Liability Insurance ExecuSummit is an educational event specifically designed for cyber liability insurance-focused professionals. Carolyn and other presenters provide a unique experience in providing attendees with the essential cyber liability insurance underwriting and claims intelligence they need to know.
