Mullen Coughlin Partner Kevin Yoegel presents at the upcoming 2025 Bank Holding Company Association (BHCA) Fall Seminar on October 7 in Edina, MN.
Speaking on the session “Trends in Cyber-Crime and Fraud,” Kevin uses his and Mullen Coughlin’s collective incident response experience to provide attendees with an overview of data privacy and security incidents on behalf of banks and other financial institutions. Kevin examines recent incidents, including those related to wire transfer fraud and other fraudulent cyber activities, and provides his insights into what an organization can do to better protect their data, funds and reputation prior to an incident occurring, as well as the necessary steps to respond to an incident should one occur. Kevin is joined during this session by CBIZ’s Kris St. Martin and Tiffany Garcia.
