Partner Liz Dill joins the Virginia Chapter of RIMS at their 2022 Education Conference on Thursday, October 6, 2022. As part of day 2 of the Conference, Liz presents the session “Trends in Cyber Security Threats & Data Privacy Laws.”

This session provides Chapter attendees with an overview of the current cyber threat landscape and discusses why the potential legal ramifications of cyber incidents have increased in complexity and cost in recent years. Liz also provides a recap of new data privacy laws, regulations, and guidance at both the state and federal levels. 

The 2022 Education Conference brings together members of the Virginia Chapter of RIMS for two days of content related to insurance risk management. The Conference runs from October 5-6 in Virginia Beach, VA.
