2023 NetDiligence Beverly Hills “Cyber Risk Summit”

Mullen Coughlin is a proud supporter of, and participant in, the 2023 NetDiligence Cyber Risk Summit in Beverly Hills, CA from October 16-18, 2023.

Following NetDiligence’s successful Ft. Lauderdale and Philadelphia Summits earlier this year, the west coast Summit once again brings together cyber insurance, legal and technology leaders from across the globe for three (3) days of premier education and networking opportunities related to the hottest topics and trends in cyber insurance, cyber risk and privacy liability. In addition to being a Silver-level sponsor of the Summit, Mullen Coughlin Partner Carolyn Purwin Ryan moderates the “2023 Claims & Losses Update” panel on Tuesday, October 17 at 9:30 am.

The panel, in which Carolyn is joined by valued cyber insurance partners and other incident response professionals, first delves into NetDiligence’s newly-released “2023 Cyber Claims Study” – interjecting ‘tales from the trenches’ related to the response and investigation into data privacy and security incidents, the financial, reputational and operational impact on victim organizations and associated cyber claims. Attendees then hear from the panel on their data privacy and security experience to date, as well as predictions for the rest of 2023 and into 2024.

Other programming at the Summit includes sessions related to cyber resiliency, industry-specific risk analysis, attorney-client privilege, third-party incidents, third-party privacy litigation and more. The 2023 NetDiligence Beverly Hills Cyber Risk Summit begins on October 16 and runs through October 18. Learn more here.
