This annual conference brings together cyber insurance, legal and technology leaders from across the globe for three days of premier education and networking opportunities related to the hottest topics and trends in cyber insurance and data privacy and security law. This year’s Summit features Mullen Coughlin Co-Founder and Managing Member Jennifer A. Coughlin presenting on the panel entitled “2022 Claims & Losses Update” from 9:30 am-10:20 am on Thursday, June 1.

The panel, in which Jenn is joined by valued cyber insurance partners, will delve into the types of incidents and claims cyber insurers saw in 2022 and what they are seeing so far in 2023, plus the trends that that will guide insurers and incident response providers as they move throughout the summer and the rest of 2023. Jenn uses her and the Mullen Coughlin’s experience in responding to tens of thousands of incidents to provide attendees with the impact incidents have had on victim organizations and what they need to do now to protect themselves and mitigate the chance for a successful cyber-attack.
