During the first day of the conference, Managing Member Jennifer Coughlin joins a panel of cyber insurance and cyber law professionals on the “2024 Claims & Losses Review” panel. Using recent insights and statistics from almost 1,300 data privacy and security incidents handled as of March 2025 (and over 4,000 in 2024), Jenn and the panel examine a variety of cyber claims and their reported losses incurred from various data privacy and security incidents.
