In addition to Mullen Coughlin’s recent international expansion into London with the addition of Cameron Carr, the Firm is excited to also announce a physical presence in California with the relocation of Partner Jim Monagle. Mullen Coughlin’s West Coast expansion furthers the Firm’s existing ability to respond to first- and third-party claims on a national scale and provide premier legal services across the nation.

Jim Monagle practices in Mullen Coughlin’s Privacy Litigation and Incident Response practice groups. In addition to California, Jim is licensed to practice in New Jersey and New York, as well as in numerous state and federal courts throughout the country. Privacy Litigation Partner Amanda Harvey, who is based in Texas, is also licensed to practice in California and is able to provide in-person support as needed on a variety of third-party claims related to data privacy and information security.
