Privacy Litigation Partner, Amanda Harvey, joins the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance’s (CLM) Claims College faculty, teaching two Level 1 courses in this year’s “School of Cyber Claims.”
Relying upon Mullen Coughlin’s experience in handling hundreds of privacy litigation matters while teaching the course “Cyber Third-Party Litigation,” Amanda provides students with a general overview of privacy litigation arising out of (or relating to) data privacy and security incidents.
Relying upon Mullen Coughlin’s experience counseling organizations through tens of thousands of data privacy and cybersecurity events, Amanda’s second course – “Cyber and Information Privacy Regulation” – provides students with a summary of the ever-evolving current (and future) data privacy and cybersecurity regulatory landscape at the U.S. state and federal levels, as well as the international level.
