Mullen Coughlin Elevates Two Attorneys to Partner

Mullen Coughlin LLC is proud to announce the promotion of Incident Response attorneys Craig Steen and Furrah Qureshi to Partner, effective October 1, 2024.

Craig Steen joined Mullen Coughlin as an Associate in April 2021. He currently serves as Breach Counsel to organizations across all industry sectors, assisting them with responding to and investigating data privacy and security incidents of all types. His clients have praised him for his thoughtfulness when dealing with sensitive legal issues and he’s known around the Firm for his exceptional writing and organizational skills – necessary for communicating with numerous incident response stakeholders including cyber insurance carriers and brokers, law enforcement, DFIR firms and regulatory agencies. He received his J.D. from Cornell Law School and is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.

Furrah Qureshi joined Mullen Coughlin in May 2021 after a 5+ year stint as an Assistant District Attorney for the Montgomery County (PA) District Attorney’s Office. Since joining the Firm, Furrah’s clients have relied on her to not only counsel them on their legal and regulatory obligations stemming from data privacy and security incidents, but also for her attention to detail and keen understanding of nuance in cyber matters and with providing a steady and professional hand during the incident response process. She received her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law and is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.
