Mullen Coughlin Welcomes Two Attorneys to Privacy Litigation Practice

Mullen Coughlin welcomed two attorneys to its Privacy Litigation practice.

Partner Lynda Klebanoff re-joins Mullen Coughlin and will continue to defend organizations in single-plaintiff, class action and B2B litigation against claims related to violations of various data privacy statutes and regulations, wire fraud and misuse of website tracking technologies such as Meta Pixel. She received her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Associate Thomas Bibby joins Mullen Coughlin after several years of litigation practice at a mid-sized, full-service law firm. With experience in handling over 150 cases over his career, Thomas brings experience in handling litigation matters from intake to conclusion, including case evaluation and analysis; skilled motion practice; in-court appearances; and representing his clients at arbitration and mediation. Thomas received his J.D. from Baylor Law School and is licensed to practice in New Jersey.
