Mullen Coughlin Partner Brittany Bickel presents at the North Carolina City & County Management Association’s (NCCCMA) 2025 Summer Seminar on June 20 in Beaufort, North Carolina.

Presenting to North Carolina city and county managers, Brittany joins a panel of county information technology officials on the session “The State of Cybersecurity Among North Carolina Local Governments.” The session will highlight a recent NC county’s response to a data privacy and security incident, wherein Brittany will share her Breach Counsel experience and provide practical tips that local governments can follow when faced with a cyber event.
