Tie-Down Roping: An MDL Data Breach Class Action

Mullen Coughlin General Counsel & Co-Chair of the Litigation practice, Claudia McCarron, presents at the American Bar Association’s 2025 Class Actions National Institute on October 23 in Dallas, TX.

During the session, “Tie-Down Roping: An MDL Data Breach Class Action,” Claudia and fellow defense and plaintiff attorneys explore the use of Multi-District Litigation (MDL) in data breach class actions – using their experience of leading hundreds of similar cases to successful conclusions. Claudia provides her and Mullen Coughlin’s perspective on the most effective and efficient ways to manage these types of cases – both from a strategic and logistical perspective – via a variety of ways including practical and novel motion practice, discovery and resolution.
