Continuing our Firmwide attorney growth, Mullen Coughlin welcomed two (2) new Associate attorneys to the Incident Response (IR) and Litigation practice groups – Rohith Badri and Kate Garofalo.
Rohith joins the Litigation practice group and is based and licensed to practice in Pennsylvania. An experienced attorney and litigator, he focuses his practice on defending organizations in data privacy and security-related litigation in U.S. state and federal courts. Rohith is a former ADA with the Philadelphia DA’s office. He received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.
Kate joins the IR practice group and is based and licensed to practice in California. She provides Breach Counsel services, coordinating and managing the response and investigation into data privacy and security incidents by directing, under privilege, third-party vendors and counseling clients on compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations. Kate is a former Associate General Counsel at a leading financial services technology company specializing in cryptocurrency investment. She is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals and received her J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law.
