Closing out 2025, Mullen Coughlin welcomed two (2) new Associate attorneys to the Incident Response practice – Marc Robertson and Adriana Klimkiewicz. Marc and Adriana provide Breach Counsel services to organizations of all size and across all industry sectors who are facing a data privacy and security event.

Currently based in Pennsylvania, Marc is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, Washington, DC, and Virginia. Prior to joining Mullen Coughlin, he worked in various public sector legal and legislative roles. Most recently, he served as Chief Counsel for National Security for the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on the Judiciary, managing the Committee’s national security, surveillance, and privacy portfolio. Marc received his J.D. from Villanova Charles Widger School of Law.

Adriana is based and licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and also received her J.D. from Villanova Charles Widger School of Law. Prior to joining Mullen Coughlin, Adriana was a Mergers & Acquisitions Associate at a global advisory and consulting firm.
