Mullen Coughlin Supports and Participates the 2025 NetDiligence Philadelphia “Cyber Risk Summit”

As a continuation of our long-standing relationship with NetDiligence, Mullen Coughlin is proud to support and participate in the 2025 Philadelphia “Cyber Risk Summit” from October 6-8.

On Monday, October 6, as part of the Conference’s “Career Pathways for Students” programming, Partner Brittany Bickel shares how the Firm’s Incident Response practice manages the full lifecycle of the incident response process, providing student attendees a first-hand look at the fast-paced legal response to a data privacy and security incident.

On Tuesday, October 7, Mullen Coughlin Partner Chris Ballod moderates the breakout session, “Cyber Claims & Losses Update,” alongside a panel of cyber insurance specialists from CFC, Travelers and Westfield Specialty. This session examines recent claims and losses from data privacy and security incidents so far in 2025.

Brittany, Chris, CEO John Mullen, Managing Member Jennifer Coughlin and Partners Carolyn Purwin Ryan and Gregory Bautista look forward to seeing the cyber insurance community at this event. Learn more about the Philadelphia “Cyber Risk Summit” here.
