Entering 2026, Mullen Coughlin LLC welcomed five (5) new attorneys to both the Incident Response (IR) and Advisory Compliance (AC) practice groups – Koye Adeyeye, Evan Berman, Alexandra Fochios, Andrew Gallup, and Santina Liciardello.

Koye Adeyeye joins Mullen Coughlin UK (MCUK) as an Associate and is based in London. An experienced Breach Counsel attorney, Koye enhances MCUK’s incident response capabilities in investigating all types of domestic and cross-border incidents and ensuring clients’ compliance with the various UK-based and other international data privacy and security laws and regulations. Koye is licensed as a Solicitor in England & Wales and received his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sheffield.

Evan Berman, Andrew Gallup, and Santina Liciardello are Associates in the Firm’s IR practice group; Evan is based in New Jersey, Santina in Devon, PA, and Andrew in Washington, DC. These three attorneys will build off of their previous legal experience and provide Breach Counsel services to organizations experiencing a data privacy and security incident. Evan received his J.D. from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law and is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Florida; Santina also received her J.D. from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law and is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania; and Andrew received his from American University Washington College of Law and is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia.

Alexandra Fochios, based in New York, joins the Advisory Compliance practice group. A former Mullen Coughlin Law Clerk, she devotes her practice to counseling organizations of all sizes and across all industry sectors with proactive and pre-incident compliance and incident preparedness services. She is licensed to practice in New York and also received her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law.
